How to Cook Scrambled Eggs

Many of us really want the eggs. Specially in the morning because eggs is full of nutrients. There's so many ways to cook an egg. It can be boiled,fried, and scrambled egg. If you want something tastier or special make an omelettes like cheese omelette,tuna omelette,corned beef omelette, or sardines omelette and etc.

First, prepared the ingredients needed. Two Eggs, Two teaspoons butter or margarine, One-Fourth cup of shredded Cheddar cheese, and Salt and Pepper.

Second,Beat eggs in small bowl with fork or wire whisk until yolks and whites are well mixed.

Third, Heat butter in eight-inch skillet over medium-high heat until butter is hot and sizzling. As butter melts, tilt skillet to coat bottom with butter.  

Fourth, Quickly pour eggs into skillet. While rapidly sliding skillet back and forth over heat, quickly stir eggs with a fork to spread them continuously over the bottom of the skillet as they thicken. When they are thickened, let stand over heat a few seconds to lightly brown bottom of omelet. Do not overcook... the omelet will continue to cook after being folded. Sprinkle with cheese. 

And the Last, Tilt skillet and run a spatula under edge of omelet, then jerk skillet sharply to loosen omelet from bottom of skillet. Fold portion of omelet nearest you just to center. Allow for a portion of the omelet to slide up side of skillet. Turn omelet onto warm plate, flipping folded portion of omelet over so far side is on bottom. Tuck sides of omelet under if desired. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and additional cheese if desired.And now you have a tasty and simple cheese omelette.  

Remembering Rizal

What do i know about Rizal ? In philippines he's a hero because he help us a lot. He was born in June 19,1861. Jose Protacio Mercado Y Alonzo Realonda are his name, he has a long name. And his parents are Don Francisco and Donya Teodoraa and he has a ten siblings. He wrote the famous novel, "Noli M e Tangere" which means "Touch me not" and "El Filibusterismo" means "The Supervise". 

We watched "The Batang Rizal" last January 28,2013. We rided in the jeep with my classmates, it's a bit boring but it's okay because were all together. When we arrived at the Assumption Theater, we waited until we can get in . I like the part of when pepito transfered in the other dimension. And he met the sisters of pepe (Rizal) he says "weh!" and they are all curious about that word.

Batang Rizal is all about the history and life of pepe (Rizal), it has a values. If you watch the Batang Rizal you will laugh but some of the part is boring. I think some of the students just sleep while watching the play.

What do i learn about the play ? I learned that the life of Dr. Jose Rizal is not a joke. Because he experience a lot, but he didn't give up.

♥~K-Lollipop~♥

K-pop comes from the word Korea and Pop music. Many people really like it,including me. Even if we don't understand the message of the song, we really love it ! But it is not only the Korean song I like, even the series,artists,singers,and culture. I really love the way they talk.I like their language. It's Cute ~! 
I will study the language of Korean,someday.

Korean people look like the same. But some of them are handsome and beautiful like SHINee, Bigbang, 2pm, SS501, SUJU, Shinhwa, 2am, FT Island, BEAST, MBLAQ,and etc. are all handsome and Girls Generation, f(x), 2ne1, Wonder Girls, T-ara, Miss A, Sistar,and etc. are all beautiful but some of them are not pure korean. If i would have a chance to take an Audition, I will try my best even if i fail.

Someday, i want to go to korea. Korea is my dream place that i really want to go. K-pop is fun to listen. It grooves my Body.
